Dear Parents/Carers
Parents Evening
Your child has been allocated a time slot at ????????????????????????..
to see ?????????????????????? If this is not suitable for any reason, please speak to the teacher(s) concerned. Please note that Cricket Club has been cancelled that day due to Parents Evening.
Tag Rugby
The next round of the tournament is next Thursday 19th October at Taunton Rugby Club. Once again, we need assistance with transport to the venue, so please let David know if you are able to help with this. The children have been told who is taking part in the competition. Please make sure your child brings their booster seat to school that day, if you are not providing transport to the venue yourself.
Harvest Festival
Don?t forget that this is at Greenham Church at 2pm next Friday 20th October. We are hoping that you will be able take your children to the church yourselves, so that everyone can go straight home afterwards. If this is a problem for anyone, please let me know. As usual, we are also making a collection of food (preferably tinned or packet - no fresh produce) to be passed on to a local charity and it would be appreciated if you could bring in your food donations for this as soon as possible.
Halloween Party
Please see the attached for full details. It is worth noting that entry is cheaper if you buy your tickets in advance. F.O.S.S. are also looking for donation of prizes or money for the raffle. If you are able to help with this, please hand any items in at the office. Thank you.
Samaritans Purse
We are taking part in this worthwhile cause again this Christmas. A leaflet is attached for those of you who would like to provide a box for a child in need (if you want to make up more than one box, please see me for another leaflet). The boxes need to be delivered by Friday 17th November, so please bring them in to school as soon as possible after half term. Many thanks.
Reminders
·All photo order need to be in school by next Thursday so that they can be collected by the courier early on Friday morning. Photos can still be ordered after that date but you will have place the order direct, which incurs a postage fee as indicated on the order form.
·For children in Year 6, please make sure that your ?Transferring Schools in 2007? form is brought in to school by Monday morning if you want us to send it off for you, as the deadline date is tomorrow.
